It is a mono framework agreement awarded to purchase orders with maximum threshold.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 03/01/2026.
It is renewable 5 times a year.
Maximum order threshold:
For the initial period: 90,000 Euro (s) HT
For each of the 5 renewal periods: 45,000 euros HT
The estimated value indicated in this notice corresponds to an estimated annual order.
This is given as an indication to allow candidates to size their offer and allow Tisseo received.
This estimated value cannot be opposed to Tisseo as an annual order commitment.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of orders.
