Description:
The public market is a framework agreement which does not fix all the contractual stipulations, it gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets under the conditions fixed in articles R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with maximum expressed In value for all its period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. Maximum amount for the entire duration of the framework agreement: € 400,000 excl. Tax The framework agreement is multi-attribute. The number of economic operators selected is a maximum of four (4) Subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. Subsequent markets will take place with each occurrence of a need expressed by the Rennes University Hospital. The subsequent markets which will be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement will be the written documents which will specify The characteristics and procedures for performing the requested services that have not been set in the framework agreement.
