Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to support the compliance and re-registration in the national directory of professional certifications (RNCP) of professional qualification certificates (CQP) for the Materials Trading branch. of construction. As such, the service includes in particular: -Engineering enabling compliance of the branch's CQP system with the certification decree; -Supporting the branch in the RNCP registration procedure for its CQP The consultation went to an open call for tenders in accordance with article L.2124-2 as well as articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement resulting from this consultation will be a framework agreement single awardee with purchase orders. This framework agreement will be concluded from its notification date for an initial period of 12 months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract will be tacitly renewed 3 times per new period of 12 months.
