Description:
The purpose of the market is the designation of technical stakeholders in charge of support missions as part of the restructuring and extension of the CREPS Fleuri - Saint -Denis site.
The extension / rehabilitation of the CREPS of Saint-Denis will have to respond to major concerns Following: the development of the sports sector, a sober, rational and economical construction, a quality integration in its immediate environment, a global cost approach (investment + operation) from design.
Designers will have to develop a cost approach Global by compliance with the following architectural and environmental requirements: Strategies for implantation of buildings respecting natural elements, design of the envelope (natural ventilation and lighting, sun protection): site monitoring with low nuisances, sustainability of Performances, maintenance and optimized operation. The 4 lots concern: CT - OPC - CSPS - ATMO BIM
The provisional financial envelope allocated to work is: 19,731,137 euros including tax (value October 2023).
Technical control
The holder of the Technical Control Market whose mission will Contribute to the prevention of the various technical vagaries likely to be encountered in the realization of the works. The technical controller will take place from the +sketch phase.
He will have to carry out the following missions:
