Description:
- Purpose of the contract (see art 2-1 of the consultation regulations) As part of the project to build a higher education center in Le Havre, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a contract with the aim of a support mission, the PHPP verification and PassivHaus Classic labeling. These services are intended to support the contracting authority throughout the operation, which takes the form of a global performance public contract. Market shape - This consultation will result in the establishment of an ordinary market at mixed prices (see art 2-3 of the consultation regulations): - with a fixed price part, relating to the overall mission which takes place in three phases which follow the evolution of the MPGP: report initial (APD), intermediate report (PRO) and final report and obtaining the label (EXE / site / reception); - with a unit price part, taking the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in order to take into account additional services. The framework agreement has no minimum and has an annual maximum amount of 50,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
