Description:
This framework agreement relates to the support of owners occupying with very modest and modest income according to the national scales of the ANAH in force at the time of filing the file. It also includes support for landlords without resources onlyIn the event that they agree to the rental of their accommodation (s) with the ANAH. When the ANAH applies to owners landlords the same conditions as for the owners occupying, only will be part of this framework agreement the landlords at very modest and modest incomesAccording to the national ANAH scales in force at the time of filing the file ". This support constitutes section 3 of the France Renov 'territorial pact. The expected support offer concerns the following themes: - Energy renovation, - adaptation of housing to lossautonomy (aging and handicap), - the fight against degraded habitat (not decent and unworthy) support for households in carrying out their work concerns all the themes of housing renovation. This support is carried out by approved operators (underArticle L.232-3 of the Energy Code or article L.365-3 of the Construction and Housing Code) or authorized by ANAH
