- This consultation concerns the supporting missions to the efficient energy renovation of private housing in Normandy. The Normandy eco-energy check is a direct aid system for individuals carried by the Normandy region which is part of a more global regional action plan, the Normandy Plan lasting buildings. Through this device, the region encourages individuals, owners of individual houses, to carry out energy efficiency work compatible with the achievement of the low -consumption building level (BBC) in one or more stages. The device consists in helping individuals for the realization of an energy audit of their home, then for the energy renovation work recommended by this audit. Market form: with order formal without minimum and with maximum. Assignment of a mono-attribute framework agreement for each lot. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year.
