Description:
The PLPDMA will have to include an inventory, reduction objectives compatible with national and regional provisions, an action plan taking into account the characteristics and constraints of the territory, as well as relevant and measurable monitoring indicators. The mission will decompose In 3 phases: 1. A territorial diagnostic phase: the object of this phase is to finalize the diagnosis of territory, preliminary step and essential to the development of the action plan, 2 months from the starting bone 2. A phase of development of the action plan: the action plan must be Established from the territorial diagnosis and in a consultation approach, 9 months from the starting bone. 3. An editorial phase of the local household and similar waste prevention program (PLPDMA): This phase includes the drafting of the PLPDMA and the public consultation, 5 months from the starter bone. The overall time of the mission is 16 months, excluding validation time of the buyer.
