• Tenders are invited for Support to Develop a Common Frame of Reference for the International Network Samusocial Concerning the Integration of Gender in the Missions of the Fight against Social Exclusion It will be: · Carry out a collection of information relating to current gender approach practices within the Samusocial network (in particular via focus groups) and propose, at the end of this collection phase, a diagnostic tool for taking gender into account by the ISS and its partners, as adapted as possible to the diversity of issues and contexts in the fight against social exclusion; · Produce, in consultation with a working group made up of representatives of the ISS and its partners, a positioning document for the international network Samusocial concerning the integration of gender issues in the missions to combat social exclusion; · Facilitate two workshops extended to all members of the Samusocial network (at the levels of management and governance bodies) to present the diagnostic tool and the positioning document and facilitate their common appropriation.
