Description:
the purpose of this contract is to develop the future resource allocation model, according to the main guiding principles of the reform of CHRS pricing and additional working hypotheses. It must make it possible to simulate the impact on the allocations allocated to establishments andager the implementation trajectory if necessary. The service is thus expected to achieve a dual objective. 1. Develop different scenarios for the future pricing model and give arbitration elements on the amount of the packages associated with the three main axes "accompaniedner", "host" and "administer" and the modulations of these packages according to the quantitative analyzes carried out, in order to retain a target resource allocation model. 2. Assess the impact of the reform on the allocations allocated to existing establishments , and accordingly define atrajectory for implementing the new allocation model adopted
