Description:
The start date of the services is indicated for information purposes only. The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code (CCP). The contract is at mixed prices: it is concluded partly at a global price and flat rate, and partly in a framework agreement at unit prices and executed by means of purchase orders. The services will be the subject of a single market. In application of article L2113-11 of the public procurement code, the choice not to award this contract is justified by the following reason: - the devolution into separate lots is likely to restrict competition. In fact, the main service corresponds to logistics, the other services are therefore secondary. In fact, in the event of an allotment, certain accessory lots would have low amounts and therefore restricted competition, or even fruitlessness. The contract is at mixed prices: it is partly at a global and fixed price and partly under a framework agreement with purchase orders.
