Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to provide clothing and work equipment for agents in the town of Vandeuvre. The characteristics of supplies, objects on the market, are defined in the specific clauses (CCP) as well as at the unit price slip (B.P.U). THEMarket is broken down into 3 lots: - Lot n 01: Personal work clothes and equipment - Lot n 02: Service and safety shoes - Lot n 03: clothing, shoes and safety equipment for the municipal police and the guards The procedure used is used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Hewill give rise to the emission of purchase orders: maximum amount of lot n 01: € 60,000 excl. Tax/year; Maximum amount of lot n 02: € 15,000 excl. Tax/year; Maximum amount of lot n 03: € 22,000 excl. Tax/year. The validity period of offers is set at 150 days from the deadline for receipt of the offers. Nonevariant is not allowed. Applicants must present an offer fully in accordance with the consultation file.-.
