Supply of work clothing, safety shoes and personal protective equipment
Lot n1: Professional clothing for all trades
This consultation is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Order Code public.
This lot is a framework agreement with a maximum order amount in application of articles L 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 and R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The maximum annual amount for the town of Draguignan: €20,000.00 excluding tax
The maximum annual amount for the CCAS of the city of Draguignan: €3,000.00 excluding tax
The contract is awarded for a period of one year from January 12, 2026 or its notification date. if this is later it will be tacitly renewable three times per 12-month period without its legal duration exceeding 48 months. . THE cas Where appropriate, the representative of the contracting authority will make a written decision not to renew the contract at least two months before the anniversary date of its notification. It is specified that the contract holder cannot refuse renewal.
