Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
The obligation to provide agentsPersonal protection equipment (PPE) and work clothes adapted to the risks to which they are exposed is supervised by several legislative and regulatory provisions.
Thus article R.233-1 of the Labor Code stipulates that the head of the establishment must make availableWorkers needed and appropriate work equipment to preserve their health and safety. Likewise, article R. 4321 of the Labor Code specifies that the employer must provide the appropriate PPEs and ensure their effective use, especially when the work is particularlyunsanitary or dirty. These arrangements are supplemented by articles L. 4121-1 and following of the Labor Code, which require the employer to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and protect the physical and mental health of workers. Decree No. 85-603 of June 10, 1985,relating to occupational health and safety in the territorial public service, as well as law n 91-1414 of December 31, 1991, aimed at promoting the prevention of professional risks, strengthen this regulatory framework.
