Description:
As part of the creation of a boiler room and an urban heat network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube, Dalkia will entrust an approved operator with the mission of supplying water treatment equipment for the heat network, as well as as the network flushing services before it is put into service. The service will include the supply of the equipment necessary to obtain and maintain the water quality to ensure the sustainability of the heating network. Dissociated equipment depending on the layout of the premises and connection of the water treatment systems to the heating network, payable by this lot. Set of electrical and regulation connections on cabinets dedicated to this equipment. Detailed studies and EXE, supply of installation and connection plans, commissioning, operating tests, and industrial monitoring over the first year of operation (including all adaptations necessary to achieve performance). In addition, the service will include the flushing services for the urban heat network. The network will measure approximately 6 km (all sections), with tubes ranging from DN 32 to DN 200, for a total volume of approximately 60 m3. The contracting entity reserves the right to ask the bidders to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
