The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
The framework agreement runs for the benefit of the Gironde Alliance hospital group with the establishments listed in appendix 1 of the CCP.
The Ght Alliance support establishment of Gironde is theBordeaux University Hospital Center. He is in charge of the award, the signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member, an establishment party, must follow the execution of the framework agreement.
Passing procedure: The passing procedure used is: The open tender.It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
Type and form of contract: the framework agreement with maximum is enforced in application of articles L.2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14public order. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
Decomposition of the consultation: the services are divided into 25 lots
Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator.
The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of theUnit price fixed in the price slip.
