- The purpose of these contracts is to supply uniforms and accessories for the Levallois Municipal Police. The description of the expected services, their specifications and the administrative information of the markets are specified in the common Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP). to all the lots as well as within the Unit Price Schedules relating to each of the lots. These contracts are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the Code throughout the consultation documents. Described as supply markets, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021. They are awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 to 5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with good order subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. Each of the contracts corresponding to the lots will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum duration of 4 years including renewals. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not not limited. The maximum total value of the contracts is 420,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, taking into account their duration and possible renewals. There is no minimum amount
