- Supply and delivery of treatment products intended for human consumption in Paris drinking water production sites (75, 77, 92 and 94) The framework agreement consists of 8 lots: lot n 1: Supply and delivery of ferric chloride lot Lot n 2: Supply and delivery of Polymers Lot N 3: Supply and delivery of Active Powder coal (CAP) Lot N 4: Supply and delivery of Active coal (CAP) In Powder Powder to the St Cloud Factory Lot N 5: Supply and delivery of Sodium hypochlorite Lot N 6: Supply and delivery of Vive lime Crushed in powder Lot n 7: Supply and delivery of phosphoric acid 75% Lot n 8: Supply and delivery of various water processing products The framework agreement will be multi-attribute, three maximum holders will be selected, to the exception of lot 4 where 5 maximum holders will be retained. The signed framework agreement will provide them with the exclusivity of response to subsequent markets entering into the field of this framework agreement after competition and choice of the candidate offering the most advantageous offer for each market. The duration of the framework agreement is 72 months from of the date of notification with the exception of lot 4 whose duration is 24 months, tacitly renewable 2 times 24 months.
