This consultation, passed according to the provisions of articles L.2124-3 and R. 2124-4 of the public procurement code The acquisition of new carbon charcoal filters used in the collection and treatment units volatile organic components (C.O.V) which will be installed at Fluxel on the Lavera and FOS sites and associated services.
This acquisition includes the following services: 1 ) Rental of 20 COV filters of 9 tonnes each at least (16 filters in storage, 2 A-Post on the port of Lavera and 2 A Post on the port of Fos sur Mer); 2 ) Operation of regeneration of used filters including transport to the regeneration plant chosen by the tendession candidate ; 3 ) Transport return of the filters regenerated to the storage and storage area of filters which will be designated by the contracting entity; 4 ) Provision for permanent rental of one with two special trailers for the transport of COV filters which will be used by Fluxel or its ...
