Description:
The contract covers the following services: Supply, transport and delivery of leisure and sports sand of the Fontainebleau type or equivalent for the tourist resort of Bairon - Ardennes Departmental Council - Relance. A first procedure, launched on October 8, 2025 through a call for tenders, named 2025-215-DPER "Supply, transport and delivery of sand from Fontainebleau for the tourist resort of Lake Bairon - Departmental Council of the Ardennes" was declared without action for reasons of interest general with modification of the need on November 26, 2025. It was decided to relaunch the procedure with modified specifications. This contract is launched in order to carry out the complete replacement of the sand on the beach of the tourist resort of Lac de Bairon. The surface area concerned is estimated at around 6000 m², for which homogeneous resurfacing is planned over a thickness which has not yet been defined. The order can range from a minimum of 3000 tonnes to a maximum of 7000 tonnes. This market relates exclusively to supply, transport and unloading. No construction equipment will be required. Operations and handling of sand piles in the planned storage area are the responsibility of the Ardennes Departmental Council.
