This consultation concerns the provision of tires and the services related to tires for light vehicles and vans 3 tonnes 5 for the entire fleet of the town of saint-joseph for the year 2026. it is a framework agreement with order pleasures in accordance with articles r. 2162-2, r. 2162-13 and r. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.the framework is mono-attribute. it is not provided for decomposition in lots. the total amount of orders for the initial market period, as well as for each period of renewal if necessary, will be between a minimum amount of 1,000 ht and a maximum amount of 100,000 excl.
