- The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply street furniture and vertical signage equipment for the town of Pavillons-sous-Bois. It is divided into 3 lots. The single-awardee framework agreement is established in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount such as this amount appears in the description specific to each lot. The detail of the services payable by the holder and their technical specifications are specified in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) and the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) specific to each lot. Supply of posts and barriers Lot nĀ°1 concerns the supply of posts and barriers for the City of Pavillons-sous-Bois. As an indication, each year the City purchases a quantity of approximately 200 ball posts, 100 PRM posts, 200 barriers of width 1.50M and 100 barriers of width 1.00M. The services will be settled by the application of the unit prices as they appear: in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), specific to each lot and attached to this framework agreement; in the updated catalog/general price list of the holder annually and to which the discount rate indicated in the BPU is applied for supplies falling within the scope of the framework agreement but not appearing in the BPU.
