Description:
This procedure will result in a framework agreement for subsequent contracts. This framework agreement will set part of the execution conditions and will be supplemented by one or more subsequent contracts.
The amounts of the framework agreement indicated in section 2.1.3 are a non-binding estimateent on the part of the State.
The maximum duration of the framework agreement is indicated in section 5.1.3.
