Description:
The contract is established for a period of twelve months on the date of notification of the contract, renewable by tacit agreement twice for a period of equal duration without being able to exceed three years, unless decided otherwise by the Contracting Authority sent by registered mail to the contract holder. with three months' notice before the anniversary date by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in accordance with article 14 of decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 relating to the regulatory part of the public procurement code. At the end of the contract, if a new contract has not been carried out call for tenders or a new market, the holder is required to continue the supply under market conditions for a period of 3 months, if required by the Director of the EHPAD Emile Gerard. This requisition will be notified one month before the expiry date of the contract, by letter recommended with acknowledgment of receipt.
