Description:
For the Department's services, this means being able to acquire tools, materials and small equipment which are necessary for the maintenance and upkeep teams of all buildings, which represents approximately 450 sites, all Departments combined. This is the relaunch of lot no. 4 which was declared without further action due to insufficient competition during the previous consultation. The framework agreement is made up of 7 lots. Batches 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are currently being analyzed. Only lot no. 4: PLUMBING/HEATING/ SANITARY is concerned by this consultation. This framework agreement is Single purchase order awardee. The lot is the subject of a specific framework agreement. The framework agreement is enforceable from its notification date until 12/31/2026, then renewable 3 times 1 year. As this is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations, the vouchers order can be issued until the last day of validity of this framework agreement
