Description:
This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Order Code.
It is concluded for an initial period of one year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, tacitly renewable 3 times, without exceeding the date of 31 December 2029. The maximum quantities are the forecast quantities per batch multiplied by 8.
The indicative quantities are specified in the unit price schedule relating to each lot and appendix no. 1 to the Specifications.
