- The purpose of this market is the acquisition, delivery and installation of school furniture and related services.
These equipment will notably be intended to equip existing colleges, as well as the 4 colleges that the Department plans to build or restructure over the 2026 periodAt 2030. If necessary, they can also be purchased for other sites and services in the department.
A lot n 4 "School furniture for re-employment" will be the subject of a separate adapted procedure on the basis of article R.2123-1 2 of the public order code.
Each batch will be attributed to aOnly economic operator and will give rise to a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum, passed in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of order orders.
The services will be remunerated byApplication to the truly executed quantities of unit prices.
NB: in the case of a framework agreement, the amounts indicated in the tabs "Estimation Euro (s) HT" correspond to the maximum amounts for the duration of the market furniture of classrooms
