Supply of Saphir HTA meters The contract concerns the supply of HTA Saphir electricity meters. Electricité de Strasbourg may benefit, if it so wishes and at its first request, from the commercial conditions of the market(s) awarded by Enedis for its needs, via a stipulation clause for others inserted in the market(s). The contract concerns the supply of “Sapphire” HTA electricity meters. The market will consist of 3 periods: - a firm period of 7 months: from 01/01/27 to 07/31/2027 for a volume of 800 meters. - an optional period of duration n°1: 3 months from 01/08 to 31/10/2027 for a volume of 800 meters. - an optional period of duration n°2: 4 months from 01/11 to 02/29/2028 for a volume of 1050 counters. In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of this framework agreement is approximately 3,312 meters for the duration of the contract, it being specified that this indication has no value contractual commitment for the company.
