- The framework agreement is concluded from 01/01/2026 for 4 years, until 12/31/2029. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum will be executed by the issue of order orders. Lot 1: sand, gravel, gravel Lot 2: shale, limestone lot 3: dairy each lot will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit prices. A discount will be applied for services not provided for in the unit price slip. The prices can be revisable annually under the planned conditions of the framework agreement. Terms of settlement of accounts according to the CCAG-FCS. No clause of planned financial guarantee. No advance will be paid. Payment of services will be made in compliance with the overall payment period applicable to the buyer, or 30 days
