Form of the framework agreement:
This notice concerns a single-award framework agreement (in accordance with the provisions of articles R2362-1 to 2362-6 of the public procurement code) for defense or security with purchase orders bearing on "the supply of SAFT brand batteries and accumulatorsor equivalent for the naval MCO for the benefit of the National Navy".
It is part of a procedure based on restricted call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-2, L2325-1.1 and R2361-2 to R2361-6 and R2362-8 of the public procurement code.
