Description:
This notice concerns a defense or security market aimed at the "supply of safety jackets for the person's flight staff of the French navy, spares and services". The supplies are delivered in mainland France. This mono-attribute framework agreement includes:-a share of order orders in accordance with the provisions of article R. 2362-8 of the public procurement code; -Part of control of supplies or services intended to provide for possible technical hazards in application of articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the public procurement code.
