Provision of reagents, consumables, rental and maintenance of all risks of automaton for Realization of immunodots in autoimmunity at the immunology-immunogenic laboratory for the benefit of the Bordeaux University Hospital
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the code public.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the code public order. It sets the conditions for performing services and executed as the vouchers are issued order.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract (the date of notification is the anniversary of the framework agreement).
The maximum amount for the duration of the market is set at 840,000 euros HT:
