Handling mode
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
Type and form of contract
The framework agreement with maximum has entered into application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices set in the price slip.
Each batch will the subject of a separate attribution.
