• Textiles and office automation Miscellaneous accessories and promotional items Tote bags and t-shirts (reserve lot) CAPBP Coordinator of the command group whose members are: The Pau Béarn Pyrénées Urban Community (CAPBP) - The City of Pau (VDP) - The Pau Béarn Mobilités Mixed Union / The Communal Social Action Center (CCAS) Framework agreement with max. The services are divided into 3 lots. Lots 1 and 2 will each be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a number enough offers). Lot 3 will be awarded to a single economic operator and it is a market reserved for adapted companies, work support establishments and services or equivalent structures, when more than 50% of the workers concerned are disabled people. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. Candidates have the possibility to submit offers for all lots, subject to the reservation of lot 3 under the conditions mentioned in article 2.5 below. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
