- This market is the subject of a group of orders for which the city of Thionville is a coordinator. The members of the order group are as follows: City of Thionville and its CCAS. Amount HT Min for the total duration of the contract: 30,000 euros (s) excl. Total contract: 90,000 euro (s) HT The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years: from the date of notification of the contract until 09/30/2029. The framework agreement will be executed by emission of purchase orders. The framework agreement is allocated to 3 economic operators who will be assigned the vouchers cascading control. It will be used as a priority to the best owner. The deadlines for carrying out or delivery of the services are set at each order form.
