- The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of plants and horticultural products for the city of Pavillons-sous-Bois.
It is divided into 5 lots. The mono-attribute framework agreement is established in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the code ofpublic procurement. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum annual and with an annual maximum such that this amount appears in the description specific to each lot.
The details of the services payable by the holder and their technical specifications are specified in the technical clausesParticular (CCTP) and the unit price slip (BPU) specific to each batch.
Supply of agrochemical, phytosanitary and biological products
concerning lot n 1, the holder must provide provision of agrochemical, phytosanitary and biological products.Will be set by the application of unit prices as they appear in:
-Bordereau of unit prices (BPU) specific to each lot and attached to this framework agreement,
-Catalogue/General rate of the holder updated annually and on which is applied the discount rate indicated in the BPUFor supplies that are part of the perimeter of the framework agreement but not appearing in the BPU.
