- The trial is entitled: "ANRS 0410 CABOPrEP: Impact of long-acting injectable cabotegravir on HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis persistence and coverage in men who have sex with men in France: a randomized controlled clinical trial. ". This is a French, multicenter, randomized, clinical trial.role, open-label, with two parallel arms, aimed at recruiting MSM (Men who have sex with men) using oral PrEP for at least 6 months. A total of 161 participants per arm (322 in total) will be included in France over a period of 6 months. Each participant will be knownivi for 24 months. The services requested concern:Reception and quality control upon receipt of clinical batches; The purchase of various supplies (labels, etc.); The labeling of clinical batches; The pharmaceutical certification of the technical release of batches; Storaget monitoring of stocks of clinical batches;Sending clinical batches to the pharmacy of each of the clinical centers participating in the study (participating investigator center), in compliance with storage conditions;Providing a batch recall procedure;The recallbatches, if applicable;The management of unused clinical batches at the end of the trial and, where applicable, their destruction (with traceability of the destruction);The regulatory archiving of batch files.
