- The purpose of the contract is the supply of phaco-emulsification and vitrectomy medical devices and personalized surgery kits. The biomedical equipment associated with supplies offered for lots 1 and 2 will be made available to the establishment. This provisionwill be governed by a Mad Contract. For the Nancy CHRU, the Mad MAD contract is attached to the appendix "DT_REPTECH_Contrat Mad". It will be signed by both parties and will be an integral part of the market. For the CH of Toul and Luneville, a Mad Contract will be established at the start of the market, framingThe delivery of equipment to the establishment and their maintenance.
