Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of packaging and packaging equipment. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. This is a framework agreement enforced in application of articles R.2162-1 et seq. Of the public procurement code and concluded without minimum and with a Maximum set at 215,000 euros HT on the total duration of the framework agreement. It will be fully executed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement is established for a period ranging from its date of notification until February 11, 2028. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, he can be terminated at the anniversary date by decision of the public buyer notified to the holder by mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the period of the period in progress. This denunciation does not entitle any compensation to the holder.
