Description:
The purpose of this market is the supply of outdoor games, especially for public spaces and parks as well as school lessons in the city of Joinville-le-Pont. The holder must the supply and delivery of outdoor games as well as all the services being part of the rulesart for the perfect completion of services and in particular: - the delivery of articles on the place (s) designated by the municipality (delivery includes all handles and transport as well as all associated protections); - the supply, for any product ordered, of documentsmentioned in article 3.3.3 of the CCP; - the commercial council; - the guarantee of the products under the conditions provided by the holder in his offer; - An after-sales service. The installation is not included in this market. It is a framework agreement with subsequent multi-attribute markets of whichThe number of holders will be limited to two (2), subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers. All subsequent markets will be concluded with a minimum of 20,000 euros HT and a maximum of 220,000 Euro (s) HT throughout the duration of the market. The market will be concluded for aone year, tacitly renewable three times a year.
