- Consultation launched by a group of orders. The coordinator is: Bordeaux University Hospital M.LE DIRECTOR (GHT Alliance Gironde Support Establishment). He is responsible for the execution, signing and notification of the framework agreement. Each member must monitor the execution of the framework agreement.
The agreement-framework is concluded with a maximum quantity for all lots, with the exception of lots 34,
36, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 which have a minimum and a maximum quantity. It is implemented in accordance with articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
