- Single-award framework agreement with maximum amount - Issuance of purchase orders. The Department of Gard has approximately 988 vehicles and various machines to ensure the travel of agents as well as the maintenance of buildings, properties and roads departmental. They are maintained in its 4 mechanical workshops. Of these 988 pieces of equipment, we can retain 100 heavy goods vehicles, 250 utility vehicles and 290 light vehicles spread over 9 different brands. The supply of each part detached must be able to be carried out with original spare parts, according to the following provisions: Definitions: 1/ Original spare parts: - original manufacturer spare parts: Parts distributed by the car manufacturer. - Pieces original equipment manufacturer spare parts: parts that correspond to the specifications and manufacturing standards of the car manufacturer. see: European Regulation 1400/2002 2/Public prices: publicly viewable sales price on which the candidate bases itself to propose the offer prices. By publicly we mean the prices that can be consulted at the counter of a sales store, on a website, or any other commercial advertising medium relating to the part in question.
