- Lot n°1: framework agreement for purchase orders with an annual maximum set at 4,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot n°2: framework agreement for purchase orders with an annual maximum set at 600,000 euro(s) excluding tax Delivery times are left to the initiative of the candidates for both lots without exceeding the following maximum deadlines: - order of products in stock: 15 working days - ordering products on demand: 30 working days - order for urgent request (less than 20 panels): 15 working days FOR LOT NO.1: - deadline processing for a typical study of a maximum of 20 sets carried out by the technical sales representative left to the initiative of the candidates without exceeding the ceiling deadline set at 60 days - processing time for a typical study of 20 sets maximum carried out by the technical service of the buyer left to the initiative of the candidates without exceeding the maximum deadline set at 30 days - The deadlines relating to installation will be stipulated in the order form and cannot be greater than 1 month from delivery of the supplies if the installation is ordered at the same time as the supplies, or notification of the purchase order if the installation is the subject of a specific purchase order. Submission of samples is obligatory.
