Description:
This is an open call for tenders pursuant to articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued in the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. For lots 12, 13 and 14, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value for their entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. For the lot 12, the maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract is €20,956,800 excluding tax, for lot 13, the maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract is €2,576,800 excluding tax, for lot 14, the maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract is €2,015,600 excluding tax. For all other lots, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in quantity for their entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. The maximum quantities are defined for the entire duration of the public market in Appendix 1 of the CCTP Catalog of Requirements. For all of the lots, the public market is single-awarded. The public contract is processed at unit prices set in the unit price schedule (BPU) and in the catalog of the holder of the lot concerned.
