- The Departmental Council ensures the care of young people welcomed at the unaccompanied minor accommodation center in Sorigny; As such, the framework agreement relates to the supply of meals in cold connection (breakfast, lunch and dinner), 7 days a week, for (60) young people and (17) staff of the Departmental Council. This framework agreement is concluded in the form called "with order orders", with a minimum amount of 60,000 euros excluding taxes per year, and a maximum amount of 250,000 euros excluding taxes per year; It is concluded for a period of one year renewable three times
