The framework agreement will be executed by the issue of order pleas.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all the periods of renewal.
The city of Besancon is engaged in aProcurement policy responsible with the adoption of a socially and ecologically responsible purchasing promotion scheme which has 3 axes:
- take into account ecological transition, biodiversity, environmental impacts and health in public purchases,
- PromoteEthical, inclusive and socially responsible public order,
- simplify and facilitate access to public procurement for the local economic fabric.
In compliance with the regulations, the consultations launched take into account sustainable development either by execution methodsor by an award criterion.
