Description:
The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. Supplies, manufacturing, transport and implementation of asphalt mixes hydrocarbons on departmental roads, as well as the upgrading of shoulders until December 31 of 2026 and for the years 2027 and 2028 if the contract is renewed. The project owner reserves the right to have a contractor carry out of its choice of services of the same nature as those which are the subject of this contract to simplify the management and execution of works involving several companies or carried out in collaboration with other Project Owners. Concerning the leveling of shoulders, the project owner reserves the right to have certain of these services carried out under management by its own agents.
