Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The consultation concerns major repair work on road surfaces departmental areas of Morbihan. The Morbihan department manages more than 4,000 km of departmental roads, or around 1,300 km per technical agency. This framework agreement with purchase orders covers the supply, manufacturing, transport and implementation of hot hydrocarbon mixes and concerns urban crossings, reprofiling, carpet renewals and reinforcements outside urban areas. The work will be divided into 3 lots which are based on the administrative structure of the ATD, (see location plan of the Departmental Technical Agencies). Purchase orders made under this contract will be limited to 1,500 tonnes; for operations above this tonnage, a second contract will be used. However, the project owner reserves the right for any site less than 1500 T of bituminous products to use another competitive procedure which it considers better suited to satisfying its needs. New works in particular will be the subject of contracts specific ones launched as operations are programmed
