Description:
The procedure launched is carried out within the framework of a Raphaelois command group bringing together the following organizations: The commune of Saint-Raphael, the C.C.A.S., the Raphaelois car park management and the tourist office.
Products must comply with legislation, regulations and the normative references, as well as the environmental requirements in force, particularly in terms of:
- Cleaning and disinfection of sites concomitant with catering (premises, equipment, etc.), which may come into contact with foodstuffs and have biodegradable properties;
- Cleaning of premises and equipment in establishments open to the public.
The holder has a duty to advise customers on the standards, legislation and regulations to be applied, particularly regarding the use of products.
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing vouchers order.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The estimated amount is indicative and includes all renewal periods.
The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: maximum amount 220,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year
