Description:
LOT No. 1 - Supply of a machine for finishing self-adhesive label reels, gilding, embossing, varnishing, embossing, high-precision, half-cut, optimized ergonomics, maintenance and training included. Volume: 5M labels/month over 7 years.
Philaposte, the Group's industrial site La Poste is an industrial establishment which designs, prints and distributes stamps and fiduciary documents.
As part of its modernization, Philaposte plans to equip itself with a machine for finishing self-adhesive label reels including:
1. Key Features (list no exhaustive):
5mm on each side.
•Technology: Reel-to-reel finishing with registration on existing print.
•Groups:
- Spool unwinder
- Corona treatment
- UV flexo group for varnish
- Hot gilding (flat or relief), embossing, embossing
- Mid-flesh cutting with semi-rotary weeding
- Splitting and suction of the banks
- Coil output (coil option)
•Drying: UV drying integrated into the flexo group
•Supports: Adhesive paper, coated, security, synthetic (PE, PP), metallized.
•Desired speed: 60 m/min (varnish + cutting)
30 m/min (varnish + gilding + cutting)
•Traceability: Precise registration on print, internal network compatibility, program backup, complete documentation
